The Studio
At Equilibrium Pilates Studio I teach private classes which include mat and equipment work.
The studio is fully equipped with apparatus as designed by Joseph Pilates ,which includes the Cadillac ,the Reformer and Combo chair, plus various weights, wobble boards, bands and phisioballs.
The room is bright, cosy, very quiet and it offers a very relaxing and private atmosphere.
It is located in a residential street that has no parking restriction.
